The thing is its not always a saving on the budget i know that. It is if you have all the ingredients in. This Beef and mushroom is tasty - not over powering with anything as usual. That looks soooo appetizing and doable! Thank you 🙂 May I ask... is it possible to make garlic & ginger paste at home ? Choices to buy any spices/condiments are almost non existent in my area (just ton's of soy sauces and not very good ones).

Yes, definitely - garlic and ginger paste/ equal amounts of each a splash of water blend - some add a splash of oil - I do for my Indian cooking. That's how simple that is. Thank you. Best, Rik

With one of the sharpening stones you buy in Makro - rough on one side and smooth for polishing on the other side

It's a turn off to hear people chew and swallow and slurp and burp what's wrong with you people that do that on camera. it's not attractive, it's a turn off.
