Great comparison! Thanks! I just got the RFX package myself, and am starting to explore. I look forward to you showing some cooking side by side results with each probe. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with my set was the wired ambient probe (I knew about it before I ordered it). If their wireless probes can handle 1000F, why not just use one of those in the clip for an ambient channel? Maybe it’s a dumb question. Take care, and smoke on!

I completely agree! I've decided that I probably will never use the wired ambient probe. It defeats the goal of trying to be completely wireless.
