Sweet! This cook checks almost all of the craving boxes. Burgers, hot dogs, bacon cheese mustard, BBQ, and oh yah those caramelized onions. I could easily eat a whole pot of those caramelized onions, by themselves. Only craving left for me, a good cup of hot coffee. Nicely Done. Thanks for sharing. 😎

Thanks Ry! Been watching your vids for a couple of months and continue to try your recipes. Grew up loving hamburger steaks, so had to try these dogs. For the record, my childhood was Exactly as you demonstrated when showing how our parents grilled a steak - which is probably why our hamburger steaks had more flavor than a t-bone. Made six of these using a 1/3 lb of burger each. Put them on pretzel buns - they were awesome. I'll share photos if I can figure out how.

Those look great! I'm definitely going to try this.Hey, Ry, what exactly are you using to light your coals?Sometimes I just want to light about 5-7 briquettes and it's almost impossible to do with the chimney. Whatever you're using looks like the way to go to do that.

Clever idea. I need to make this soon :) I usually have home made brats in the freezer but am all out. Last time i ground cheddar and smoked porkbelly into th ground beef i used. Tasted great so i am sure this was delicious too!
