Now that looks tasty, Dave. I can see that being a real crowd pleaser. Things are good here. I've made two batches (about 8kg) of mincemeat for Christmas. Allegedly it'll keep for 12 months but, with bakes & using it for gifts, I'll be lucky if it lives past New Year 😉
