Fuel pump fuse no power. But the other fuses have power. I bypassed it but fuel injector is not spraying. What may be the issue

I need help. I change my fuel filter and my air intake filter and I change my starter. I’m gonna check the fuses and relays next. I don’t hear my fuel pump running when I have my key turn on without the engine running. I hope it’s my fuse or relay. What’s funny is that my truck will start on the second Crank but not the first, so I don’t know if it’s actually the relays

My 05 Pontiac grand prix did that, sometimes took 2-3 tries usually after a short trip, not usually when it sat overnight.I cleaned my throttle body and it starts always first try.I do notice it's taking longer to start recently hope my fuel pump isn't going out.I had it stall after I got gas, left the lot into traffic and it just died.Started ok went 10 feet ,same thing about 3 more times.I had to tow it and it ran good for them and they found nothing wrong.WTF?

I've got a different issue that wasn't discussed. My fuel relay keeps opening. When I unplug the relay and re install it then it starts again. I've replaced the relay and it does the same thing on the new relay. Curious, could a plugged fuel filter cause a heavier load and kick it open?

Around 50% of the time my fuel pump will not prime on start up. Have to turn key on and off a few times. When I hear the pump prime it fires up first time and drives with no issues. Will try the relay first and see what happens.
