Thank you Marki Weg for bringing Mr. Merid. Merid, I truly appreciate your leadership style. I love that you focus on discipline and great work ethic. I hope this work ethic and discipline spills over to other companies including government offices in Ethiopia.

Proud of you! I just ordered the book! Hard work with great discipline always pays off! No short cut in life. For Maraki: 2:30 hours of video is un accessible. You could have chop it at least in three videos.
I am truly happy to see your success! You are a role model for many young professionals in the country. However, I worry that the system might not allow others to excel as you have. Your success is truly exceptional-God bless you even more! Many of us were forced to leave the country, despite our potential to contribute in meaningful ways. Fortunately, we’ve found success abroad, but it’s always heartbreaking not to be able to help our beloved country. One day, when there’s a better government, I’m confident we will return and make a difference. I’m certain you’ll make your company internationally competitive, just like Ethiopian Airlines! Good luck, and may you continue to be blessed!

Great interview. I know his name around 17 yrs ago. He set up a networking course (additional course) in Arba Minch University back then, and he used to give lectures for a few people. A few of my friends took that course. He sounded a humble guy, and his quite an inspirational. I'm glad we have someone like him. Good interview questions as well. He got him to share all the important experiences. He didn't focus much on his possessions ( the beautiful house, cars, etc). Im definitely buying his book from Amazon. 😊
