I was just thinking, if you pkace a few mor bins arround the place it might reduce the time spent by the cleaners cleaning a setvarea of the park ( pivkingnup one bag of rubbish is a lot quicker than picking up 10o individual prices of rubbish net result either less cleaners needed, or the same amount io cleaners needed but a cleaner park)
