Get back to me when you graduate high school, kid. Punk doesn't die. It changes. These boys have been around since hardcore was new, and with the exception of three albums, they're still playing the same knockout-bombass-awesome punk rock. Shut up and get in your place. You can't know what punk is until you're old enough to get it. Don't take that too hard; I wasn't too young too, until I got old enough.

I feel like the media has been so incredibly effective at sensationalizing the "other" and unfortunately so many people in America bite so hard on that being their political party. Lockdown had a bit to do with it and tech has a bit as well. You're not forced to engage with anyone that has opposing views and take them seriously anymore. You don't get to learn that by engaging in a real conversation that you basically want the same things and there are a few areas where you don't fully agree with your own party's platform. Now its just all broadly painted and assumed to be one size fits all It's rather ingenious to put the most extreme views of either direction at the very front of the headlines. Well then everyone so many degrees west or east must accept that if not fully believe in it too right? if not grotesquely false and dehumanizing it's a rather great tool for discouraging cooperation and respect to boot a good justification for either side to stop actually listening to the others ideas and goals that benefit everyone.
