We've been repairing the S2000 Pulley noises for years.
We figured we'd share how easy it is and offer the Bearing in the store
The OEM pulley doesn't really have issues, just the bearing.
A new OEM Pulley is $75-$80.
The new Bearing from the LHT Store
We now have the Nachi Bearing !

Great video like always. One little tip I learned a long long time ago which you can do of you wanted is to make these bearings last even longer. If you pop the seal off one side, then take some synthetic grease or white grease on your finger and pack it inside the bearing and put the seal back on,, it works fantastic. You can see how little grease is In these bearings when they're made.

I look forward to doing a few of these simpler things myself. Someday I will tow the car to you and have it gone over good and proper. We install a lot of these. Once you do a valve adjustment its sometimes more noticeable, how loud the pulleys are. And the metal part of the poly typically doesn’t go bad, it’s just the bearing.
