Saw a doc on the making of this movie... about a third of Marcus' dialogue was improvised by the actor, Tony Cox, himself.. the whole movie has a lot of improvised lines. Marcus' lectures to Willie are ENTIRELY made up by Tony Cox....

So glad you liked this one, it's on my top-ten for Christmas films. However, this is the "Badder Santa" cut. I prefer the original theatrical release, which has a slightly lighter tone, in the sense that they don't drag out Bernie Mac's murder in the film, which in the uncut version, seemed a little too dark. In any case, great movie.
