One of the very first CF Journal issues talked about a 70 year old grandma who was able to, via CF training, to pick up her grandchild for the first time. That was the moment (sometime in late 2003) that I knew I will be training people for the rest of my life.

NM - I see the date in the backgroun (2019). This is before Glassman sold CrossFit. Listening to this does not make me hopeful about CrossFit's future. I doubt the current executives running the business will do what Mr. Glassman is talking about here. CrossFit will just become another Orange Theory or Camp Gladiator.
