Anyway, any operating system did not accept if there was a bad sector in a hard drive, so I recommend you to repair it using this software app if the damage portion is too litle. But if the bad sector is too large, I think its not possible to repair, just back up your important files & purchase new one.

i have only 1 ssd in my laptop on which i use windows and everything if being on the same drive, can i use this software to recover bad sectors? if yes then will my data still there after this process or not? and also tell will this process affect my windows? is it safe to do this?

You can do it only if you bootup From windows PE or windows ftom USB Flash. Secondly, afer repair processed your existing windows might be corrupt or damaged especially if the affected portion or bad sector section is in windows system area.
