Here we have shitty weed, and fake molly and acid in the streets, and all of these are illegal, but shrooms you can buy varied strains of dry shrooms really cheap, you can grow them, and also you can sell. Usually when selling no one sells for human consume, the authorities know that shrooms are sold for human comsumption but they don't go after people who sells. The psilocibin is prohibited, but the shrooms not.

Just some advice dude; part of the mental loop that he got stuck into, was probably due to the surroundings. If this kinda thing happens again, move to a different room, put some different music on or go for a walk outside etc etc. Nature is the perfect cure for things like this ;)

Maybe try sitting up straight, chakras aligned, observe breathing (through the nose): meditation posture. Has worked amazingly well for me - very powerful shift . When things aren't going well while lying down, I think the inclination can sometimes be to go foetal/victim/patient. 'Tis my intuition and experience that sitting as straight as possible and just observing ones own breathe as intently as possible for a while puts the tripper in a position of calm presence and empowerment.
