Badam Halwa(Detail recipe is shared in the Description)

Ingredients
Badam-1cup soaked overnight and peeled the skin.
Milk -1Cup
Saffron soaked milk.
Sugar-3/4 cup
Sweet less khoya-2tbsp
Cardamom powder -1/4tsp
Ghee-3tbsp
Method:Soak the badam over night and peel the skin and keep aside.Take a blender jar add badam and milk grind into a smooth paste.Take a kadai add 2 tsp ghee let the ghee melt. Add badam paste to it saute for 5 minutes. Add saffron soaked milk to the badam paste and mix well saute for 5minutes.Add sugar mix well.Add khoya mix all together well and cook for 10minutes in between add ghee. Add cardamom powder and mix well.stir till the mixture separates the pan. Garnish with chopped almonds and enjoy.
