Yeah I ordered it on January 4th and it's still setting in Sacramento California since the 6th and it's fixing to be the 11th I also ordered beard wash and my dad ordered the sample and is setting at the same place

The other order from you and the one from your dad were placed over the weekend and shipped out today which is the first business day, so you should see those starting to move through USPS tracking tomorrow :)

@@crustycamels3322 Our top sellers are The Outlaw, The Ladies Man, The Viking, and The Patriot! If you like The Mountain Man, I would suggest The Patriot. The Mountain Man has more of the pine cedar scent but in The Patriot, it's more of the cedar scent. Whichever you choose, email us and we'll get that replacement out right away! :)

After extensive search for the "right" products for my husband's beard I finally found your company and ordered the balm & oil sample kit for him a couple weeks ago. Package arrived quickly & my husband loves your products! There is no beard balm bought what your offering I never got the option for beard balm and the package never came terrible service y'all are just scamming people for a few bucks at a time don't put your card information with these guys they are going to scam you
