His memory loss is actually pretty similar to those with dementia. Fading in and out, sometimes unable to recognize those closest to them, or where they are or what they're doing. But sometimes they remember something important they used to do and will try to do that Like Bad worried about completing the egg tasks despite the eggs not being there, like how a paitent might wait or prepare for someone who wont be coming. I think Bad is a great actor, and does a good impression of a common type of memory loss for a minecraft smp

So, to remark things up, the only ones that made it into the boat were: Philza, Tubbo, Fit, Charlie, Roier, Bagi, Etoiles and Aypierre (we can count Mouse as well, because, the video get bugged for her, but she was able to make it into the boat before the server close) and if Bad is like that state, can't imagine the others that were catched in the explosion... A thing is for sure: Maxo is the one that is more probably to be confirmed as dead, been the first Canon dead in the QSMP :c

Correction Maxo is the third canon death, DanTDM AND Spreen died offscreen but were confirmed dead on the first day they entered Purgatory (I heard Quackity was canonically killed off too by evil cucurucho but I haven’t caught up to everybody’s streams yet so I’m not sure. If it is then Max is fourth) Still you’re right, I’m worried about the state of those who were asleep during the destruction too: Forever, Pac, Missa, Jaiden etc. Hope they’re okay ÓwÒ;

Dementia may also effect a persons ability to to recognize common things. It is very complex. Edit: it's called 'Demência' in Portuguese if you wish to look it up.

Etoiles is a wise warrior. He is very good at fighting but he uses his abilities for his interests. If he don't need to kill someone, he will not do it. Violence is one of the last resort he is using, like against entities/people who can't possibly agree with him and who will interfere in his interests. He can also use violence for fun, but that's the "no serious" moment XD.

I think the bomb is going to allow those who didn’t make it to the boat to have creative freedom with what happened to them. Some can say that they died, while others can get amnesia like Bad chose to, so Cellbit could just try to do something else like say that he lost all of limbs or something but hopefully he won’t choose the amnesia plot line because I will already f*cking cry at his and Roier’s reunion and I don’t need to see Roier’s heart being broken at the sight of his husband forgetting him 😭.

I think Bad’s memory loss is part of his grim reaper lore, and also Bad has canonically been stuck in time loops of past lives that he doesn't end up remembering. But I will be curious to see what happened to the others who didn't make it...

I wouldn't worry too much about the other islanders who didn't make it to the boat, I know many people have said that this is a part of q!bbh's demon lore but he's also had a gaping head wound under his hood for at least a month. Getting out of purgatory probably made it worse and almost dying didn't help either lol. I'm still worried for Dapper, I hope he's safe wherever he's hidden

My grandpa has dementia, whenever someone asks him something, he gets distracted by other things. I don't know this lore that well but if BBH in this story gets diagnosed with dementia I won't be surprised. Also, my grandpa only remembers his past life and acts like a children.

Bad is scarily good at memory loss roleplay, though dementia may be easier to roleplay than uhhh, a hard reset amnesia thing? Like what's happening in his current lore. Since with dementia, you can tap in and out of memory loss (lore in and lore out), but with a hard memory reset (forgetting the last 50 years but otherwise normal brain function, getting new memories as normal) you can't really exit memory loss-lore-mode without it feeling off. Regardless, Bad is an amazing roleplayer and actor.

I'm not a big fan of that, every time something happen, someone lost his memories. And it's a bit easy to play that way after what you have done (Even if it was great to have an antagonist and he deserve to be cheered for that) but you have to face the consequences in RP and not always just runaway by a magical lost of memories

I understand why you feel that way but i kinda want to see how this plays out. This time around we know the memory loss is not due to the federation. that alone makes it more compelling in my opinion. Its unclear if it is due to the water he drank (which would make sense if he wanted to make a reference to the River of Lethe, or if he blocked out parts of his memory as a coping mechanism. Hell might even be both.

... the amnesia thing is NOT to get out of 'consequences' as you put it and it's definitely not for other people rp it's about his OWN rp. It was hinted that this would happen, he likes to subtleties of roleplays and uses foreshadowing. This was a long time coming people just never realized.
