This is okay as long as you're not an avid baker or cook...we need contiguous counter space. I have a large Kitchen Aid mixer, Vitamix blender, a 10 cup food provessor and an air fryer toaster oven combo that would be inconveniently located or shoved in a cabinet somewhere. I use any combination of all of the above on a daily basis.

This is an excellent floor plan. The bathroom windows are high up for privacy. The toilet in the master bath is behind a door for privacy when two people are using the bathroom at the same time. The placement of doors in the master bedroom gives you options on where you could place a king bed or a pair of two beds. Each of the secondary bedrooms is large enough for bunk beds plus a desk. No wall-to-wall carpeting, so it is easy to keep floors clean and no carpet foam to harbor mildew and dust mites and stir up sinus allergies. Plenty of room for a four or six-seat dining table for those who do not like dining at a breakfast bar. Nice two-tone wall color and chair rail trim in the living area has great visual impact, so no real need to hang pictures like you would with stark white walls. All those built-ins make furnishing the living area easier -- just add a sofa and two comfortable chairs, a floor lamp, a wall-mounted TV and an area rug. The window trims and blinds throughout look good and are in neutral colors, so will go with any color of upholstery, bed spreads or accent pillows so no need to spend money on window coverings. Compared to a stick-built home, this price for a three bedroom, two bath single wide is excellent. Just need to find the right piece of land for it, put in a driveway, covered parking and some landscaping, install a washer and dryer and some day add a nice screened porch in front and a deck with hot tub or gas grill out back and you could have a really nice-looking and functional family home at modest cost.

Built ins on kitchen end would be nice in the dining room ! Needs morr counter space. No food prep area. I would like to draw up a floor plan. Would prefer no tub in the master bath. Nice square sinks.

Built ins are great for single with zero furniture nut for those of us with furniture we need the wall space so the built ins in the living Rm have got to go lime the two wing walls in living Rm and dining space.

This is a great home and offers many features that most single wide mfg dont in terms of line of sight, built ins, windows and layout. The thing that catches my key the most is that most SW Homes have this long parallel look inside where every cabinet and feature is on one long wall, changing the direction of cabinets and hallways not directly behind the front door makes the homes design and flow unlike other SW homes on the market. Great choice to review which permits a break in the cycle that all SW and DW must look alike.

This is a lovely single wide!!! I love the kitchen and it has a great number of cupboards that so many single wides do not have! I'm impressed. The only thing I don't care for is the elevated eating area over the sink. If that could be at counter height rather than elevated I would very much be interested! I just don't like high bar stools you have to 'climb' into! lol Just me I guess!!!

I love the light, beachy interior. The light colored flooring is unusual and a nice change. The audio volume varies a lot. The music is screaming loud, the talking goes from normal to barely audible. Please fix things on your end before posting, if possible. Thanks for an otherwise delightful tour 👍

Even though, when you choose a Mobile home by the "model number" and "Floor plan", I really think that IF YOU are REALLY wanting for what you chose for your new home to be exactly what YOU GET. BUT, by my experience, when dealing with the Mobile home dealer, it is best to have a "contract" with YOUR EXACT wants and NEEDS listed. I say this because, when I had a mobile home, a doublewide ORDERED to be made for me and my husband back in 1996. I had asked for a SKYLIGHT in the Master Bathroom, BUT, didn't get it. They had used a crappy excuse about how they were "leaking" in past installs, BUT, I know a guy who had a skylight installed in his doublewide, about 30 years ago, and it has NEVER leaked. I know that it is really just a situation where this company doesn't want to admit that when I had ordered that SKYLIGHT, they had been a bunch of jerks, who would NOT install that skylight. I REALLY SHOULD have gotten me a lawyer, and then they would have most likely built my Doublewide mobile home as I had filled out the paper work for it to be. Really, IF I do save enough $$$$ to buy me a single wide Mobile home, i will make damn sure that I get me a LAWYER to be sure that I do NOT get cheated out of getting exactly what I want in the ways of the floor plan of the mobile home that I chose.

Is it fairly easy to resell a mobile home? I'm thinking of selling my house and buying a mobile home and putting it on my folks property to take care of them my step dad is 90 and goes to dialysis 3 times a week. Mama is almost 80 and has dementia. When they're gone, their home will be mine, thus, I'd no longer need the mobile. I've got an rv, but it's small. Only 18ft long. Eek! 2 pit bull terriers and me living there? No way!

It needs a wood burning fireplace stubbed out with a gas line. Every one of these homes should have that type of fireplace, you supplement your electric bills and have emergency heat if the power goes out. A wood fire speaks for itself, with gas Logs, depending on the style, you can light them manually if needed. If a AC power source is needed, a generator or something as simple as an inverter that will work off of a car battery can produce enough power to light the flame and provide a little light. Buy a larger inverter and it might even run a battery charger to keep the battery up.

It's a very nice home but I wouldn't buy it because I would not have my master bedroom closet off the master bedroom bath. I would not want to walk through the bathroom to get to the closet and the dampness and moisture from the bathroom would be in the closet. Nice home but not for me

I saw shelves in that lg walk in close off the bathroom so they could be used for towels etc. As far as the medicine cab. who says it has to be in the bathroom.? Plenty cab. in the kitchen .
