Thank you, Chance! You absolutely rock when it comes to showing these homes, and this one's right up my alley. I like Singlewides. This one is a beauty. Nice layout, drywall, panel doors, nice-sized secondary bedrooms, really nice kitchen. If I ordered this home, I would have a regular-width counter placed where the breakfast bar is, put the sink there and then have room for a side-by-side fridge and more counter space. The master and bath are incredible. I really like the fact they drywalled the closets througout. I think it cheapens the appearance of the homes when vinyl is used in closets. Almost like the builder cut corners. Amazing what they're doing with Singlewides these days. Thanks again. God bless and stay safe, my friend! 🙂

Really, really like this single wide I would screen in the front porch and put in a door at the top of the steps. I like all the windows, usually single wides don't have enough windows for me this one does. Whoever planned this Great Job

I am not a fan of walking through the bathroom to get to the master closet . The laundry closet needs doors on them to lessen the noise.

Now that I live in a short version of a double wide, I could never see myself again living in a single wide. I love the space of a double wide. Even though I live alone, the single wides are not for me. The porch is nice! 👍🏾

I do remember the home with a similar layout. The porch makes for a better use of space than the other home. I love the backsplash going all the way to the ceiling in this one. That is very nice. I could definitely enjoy living in this home.

i would put bottom cabinets but all with drawers above them but i would eliminate the windows and put upper cabinets. there are hardly any upper ones to put your dishes and plates

For a single wide, it is very nice. I lived in a sigle wide as a young, very young 19 year old. Back in 1984 I thought it was so cool. Of coarse l was thrilled being 19 and in my own house! But then after 5 years I had 2 kids and we bought a huge Victorian. Absolutely my dream home. So yes, this is a great starter home.

I really like the exterior of this home. It’s certainly above average. The porch is a wonderful addition. The living room is write beaufiful. Lots of light. The kitchen is well done with the exception of the coil stove. Love the backsplash. Nice space for the dining room. The breakfast nook is a nice. The guest bedrooms are a good size. Thr guest bath is average. Transom window is nice. The master suite is small but that is what you get with a home light this. There’s lots of natural light. The bath is very nice. Closet is decent. Tile shower is not often seen in a home like this. The doors are exceptional. So I must say this is a great home. A very great home. On site I’d easily give this home a 10/10.

I love this house and the porch. I really the nice counter bar. Great for entertaining friends. I love the big tile shower in the master. I never use a tub. Perfect for a single person or couple, or a small family.

The master bedroom is about the same size as my office! Aside from that, it's probably the nicest single wide that I've seen. It's missing a coat closet though. I'd prefer a countertop with lower cupboards than the eating area under the windows. The kitchen needs more workspace.

I love the front porch. I'd add a big deck at the same level. It gives a nice covered space to be able to open the door in the rain without getting wet or bringing a mess inside.

Ok now you're talking more my speed. This is beautiful! I like the layout a lot. I like the windows facing the porch but don't think the stools would work for me. Could they put cabinets on the lower portion there? That would be ideal. My only gripe with a single-wide has to be the laundry area. I just don't like that it can't be off by itself. It's out in the open for all to see. This one even looks too narrow to put sliding doors or even bifold doors in front of it. I know, I know, it's a single-wide! lol I LOVE the porch area!!! Great entry! It is definitely beautiful none-the-less and is going on my list!!! Thanks Chance

I love the porch on the singlewide. The bar area with windows in front is great for plants and a single person that does not entertain much. Only 1 bathroom 2 bedrooms. Hot and cold separate for shower. A double deep set sink. No dishwasher ! Stove is great here with a vent above. A place for my PERSONAL microwave ..no built in ! Thanks I enjoyed this great video ! Im a city guy in DC looking into getting more space. Your channel makes me want a manufactured home SO BAD. Love what you're doing and thanks for showing single wides too. It has really changed my impression on what a single wide can look like. I never thought Id like the idea of one until Ive seen some of the ones youve shown. I'm not into single wide's at all until you showed me this one. I absolutely love this one. I would put ceiling to floor cabinets where the table is because you really don't need the table when you have the bar above the window. I would do cabinets under the bar too. The bathroom I'd have to have a shower/tub combo. This is such an amazing and afford able home. I love it! Imagine watching the sunset while you are washing the dishes and watching it rise while your on the porch or eating breakfast ahhhh... just ahhhmazing! The laundry area I would either want doors or I'd put up a curtain.

I LOVE the bar area, all 5 kids eat at our island now but it stinks because the sink is in the island and everything gets wet! I would put built in bookshelves and desks in the kitchen table area to make it work for us. Also built in quad bunks in one of the rooms. We are trying to live a more minimal lifestyle. A family of 7 can’t do a typical tiny home but we could do this!

If it were even near the kitchen area and a door was there it would be great too I think" But this was fine. **The dining area was a super clever use of the space, so needed, and make it more like a double-wide* and really could make up even for the bar and that can be closed in, at the bottom, to make more cupboards if anyone wanted that instead? But no matter, plenty of room for Holiday meals with family Absolutely think the black countertops in the bathroom are just stunning. Such a nice contrast with the white. The Farm or Apron Kitchen sink was just a perfect touch. TY this home was perfect!
