Levi is the only scout that uses the odm blades backwards (more so just his right hand, the one he lost his fingers on) while mostly keeping his left blade forward to get clean strikes in his famous bayblade special move, using his bottom fingers, he doesn’t really hold them both forwards like most scouts do. He wasn’t prepared for zeke to do that so he had both the blades forward. So he already knows how to use them without his first two fingers. It’s more noticeable in his side/back story No Regrets.

I like the small detail that shows how quickly time moves in the Paths dimension as in the last episode, we see that Eren had them in there for at least a minute or two giving that speech but that was the Paths persepective. In real time it was as quick as it was shown in the early scene with Hange and Levi, literally a split second and she's back with all of the information Eren gave them in the last episode!

Levi has a special spin sort of attack to cut napes using more gas to make that spin. He uses the pinky and ring finger on one hand and makes like a Bay blade attack. He can attack still with those remaining finger, though he needs all his fingers to properly hold the swords.(control center of the Maneuver gear)

Armin gambling his life is so in character for him. I've seen a lot of people say how it was out of character, but it's the opposite. 1. there was barely a chance that connie WOULDN'T save him and he knew that 2. We've seen his survivor guilt, and that burden he carries of not stacking up to Erwin. Not to mention that Armin has always been actively willing to sacrifice himself for his family and their goals. We've seen this a lot, and again here. And getting into that mindset of "what would erwin do?" and "what did erwin always do?" He gambled. "Someone who can't sacrifice anything, can't ever change anything." So, in that moment he knew that they needed falco alive regardless to keep the marleyan eldians on their side. I just really have to respect his character. He's been through so much and nobody really talks about it and gives him credit A sad fact is that the reason why connie was laughing at annie was most likely because it reminded him of sasha, plus from him being so exhausted and drained

What's always interesting to me about Levi's story, isn't whether or not he's strong, it's the times he's vulnerable. Whether he's capable of taking down almost any titan isn't a question by now, but the fact he's rendered incapacitated, or incapable of fighting, sometimes when there's a crucial battle where they could use him most.

To your statement at 40:08 Mason Quinn, Zeke is being held by Eren as mentioned by Hange at 28:26. Remember that in order for Eren to utilise the power of the founding titan, he must be in contact with an Eldian of royal blood. And Zeke has Royal blood because his mother (Dina Fritz), Grisha Yeager's first wife, had royal blood. Eren would lose his founding titan abilities if he is no longer in contact with a person of royal blood (Zeke). In other words, losing his founding titan abilities would basically stop the rumbling because Eren is the one who started the rumbling and is controlling it. Eren needed Zeke to start the rumbling in the first place. Just a reminder.

Guys, at this specific point in the story, doing the "Give your hearts" salute when a Jaegerist does it is almost the equivalent of doing a certain "not-so-acceptable" salute. I wouldn't recommend it. 😅 Also... sorry Mason Quinn, believe it, Eren literally means to kill the world. Take him at his word. This is genocide about to happen and they need to stop it. That's the actual plan. Kill the world, except the island. He means exactly what he said. There are many twists coming, but what Eren plans to do isn't one of them. He's doing what he means to do. Also, at some point I said Armin and Hange are the conscience of the show, so to ALWAYS listen to them, since they're likely communicating what the writer's message is. I didn't want to give spoilers, but the third "conscience" character is Onyankopon. What he said in this episode is kind of a big statement for the series. The Jaegerists are not the good guys (if there is such a thing anymore).

@@kingidkwhy6958 Finish holds little weight for me. Most shows finish mediocre in my opinion, AoT and FMAB included. In my opinion AoT is simply a lot more consistent in terms of quality and has a better "rewatch-factor". FMAB takes about 30 episodes until it really takes off - before that it's around average. And the MCs just don't cut it for me. But of course, that's just my opinion on it. Feel free to have yours.

I'd side with Eren before Thanos, Eren is doing the rumbling because he sees no other way to protect his friends and loved ones. Titans are starting to be outdone by technology and if he waits any longer, Paradise would be wiped out. Thanos on the other hand is forcing his perspective that half the population needs to be wiped out for the universe to thrive. No one is forcing his hand or threatening him if he doesn't do it. He just wants to believe he knows best because of what happened to his home planet.

Except, we really don't know what or how the abilities can be utilized by Eren, or even if the limits still apply. Those limits were accidentally in place by order of the Eldian King, the one Ymir loved. Eren convinced her to break free of that hold, to do as she wanted. She gave Eren full control, and we already know that altering the DNA of the Subjects of Ymir, essentially everyone distantly related to and descended from the Founder Ymir is possible. We heard about the disease that ravaged humanity and that a holder of the Founding Titan altered them to be immune to the disease. Eren could possibly be immortal now if he chooses. He can remove the thirteen year time limit, cause Subjects of Ymir to live extended lives, alter all of them to be like Mikasa and Levi, maybe stronger, imbue the Subjects of Ymir with Titan shifter healing ability, anything. We don't know the limits of his power now.

Ymir chose to die, and the King's words, his orders to his three children, heard by Ymir even after death set the rules for Titan powers and their inheritance. He said it, and Ymir made it so. The King never bothered to learn how Ymir's abilities worked. What their limits were, nothing. The 13 year time limit was imposed by the royalty, on accident, due to religious reasons. They worshiped Ymir, and decided that no one should live longer as a titan than their Goddess Ymir, and at some point, a royal leader holding the Founding Titan made it that way, accidentally or intentionally, we may never know. We do already know that Jaw Ymir ran around outside the walls for sixty years, and that she didn't age, so immortality is not outside of the realm of possibility.

​@highlander31527 i dont think ymir spent 60 years roaming as the jaw. it wouldn't make sense because reiner and co. came to the island when they were kids and they attacked shortly after, so the time frame doesn't work. she spent 60 years roaming as a pure titan, and then one day, she ate marcel. she probably inherited the titan around the same time eren ate grisha (give or take)

sayama explained that the titan's within the walls were originally humans. After the rumbling and after Titans' powers disappeared, they regained their human forms but were immediately killed by the survivors out of revenge. Author Isayama also hinted that Levi's blood carries a high and noble lineage, suggesting that his real father was a wealthy man of the noble class. Also, the power of the Ackerman's family disappeared after the disappearance of the power of the Titans, which means that Mikasa and Levi were freed from the burden of their power, becoming normal humans with normal abilities.

I think when he mentioned having them repopulate the world it got me thinking the island is called paradise, and there was the tree where the power was obtained. So there's some biblical innuendo, the tree of knowledge, paradise the descendants of Adam and eve and the destruction of most of the world in a flood in this case by titans.. hmm I wonder if Eren is the devil or Christ.
