I used to avoid preparing cabbage..found it boring..because I never could bring mom's taste in my cabbage curry..but now after trying this..we very often eat cabbage😃. Thank you bong eats

Hi! Would appreciate small measurements in tsp/tbsp rather than in grams since we don't necessarily weigh out every little ingredient but rather use our measuring spoons, thanks! :)

15g is a tbsp, 5g is a tsp....rest you do the math ;) :)

@@tistakundu5252 - not true. Different ingredients have different volumes. I tsp of tea weighs much less than one teaspoon of cumin seeds. I also have been asking the Bong Eats people to provide weight in volume. My food scale is not precise enough to measure 2 grams. Finally i want to say i made this by estimating the quantities and it was really good.

Khaasha ketechho baandhakopi ta. In our maa r recipe, we make a paste of whole garam masala, cumin seeds and ginger with a little water. This paste we would use in potato, cauliflowers, fish curry also. Your recipe is excellent.

There were two red chillies, two green chillies, plus red chilli powder. Pretty hot I should say. So extra sugar was necessary. I would just add two red chilli at the beginning and that is enough for me. Add one spoon sugar at the end and one spoon ghee.
