Got to say guys, this is really developing. "it does exactly what it says on the tin" As professional players its great to see the "You" in these videos and the additional work both of you put in while in Asia has added a new dynamic, much like you are taking us on the journey with you. Fantastic. The very start (2 v 1 defense) blew my mind in the fact that you see within split seconds the returns from Jenny followed by those of Justin/Karan (who not exactly beginners) are night and day ( no disrespect to Justin/Karan at all). I know the height and quality of the returns was mentioned, but just look at the stance, focus, position details in the technique as you flick your eyes quickly from one payer to the next. It is like super real time with no pause for breath while watching. I wonder if there is any more " real time" comparisons just like this that you can do? Great to see the channel develop and wishing you both the best on your continued brand development. Have we seen a channel about badminton like this? the way you guys are doing it....dont think so!

Thank you Greg & Jenny. This is so true, my coach & dad always tell me not to lift too much when playing doubles and mixed doubles, but it is very difficult to do in competitive games as my opponents also have the same idea! The guys with the slower reaction/ anticipation will have to lift eventually & play defensive game to survive.

way fun idea to go to that club and play with the locals. really enjoyed watching you guys spar and every variation you tried out. standout were jen's awesome high lifts, long and wide and terminating in a nearly straight dive to the back line. grrr, that is a winning skill. but the most fun of all was seeing you both coated with sweat from the tropical heat. i've played in many venues like that all over S china and SE asia, concrete slabs covered with a big steel box that traps heat and becomes an oven under the noonday sun. and i've played in venues much more humble than that, and pretty much every elite player you know from these parts has come up through those kinda places. far cry from the old railway station in york or the other comfortable venues in UK with cool air and sprung wood floors, but when you're hungry to play, hungry for life, you're grateful for what you've got and you have nothing to complain about. seems like you guys had a fantastic trip. thanks for sharing

Awesome video guys I think at the club level this is very common to lift it away and wait on defense. As opponents go up and skill you simply cannot do this as you can easily win with smash or drops. There needs to be a focus on building rallies and creating initiative the folks were often waiting for the shuttle coming to them on return of serves. If you ever come state side to the us open stop in Raleigh nc to visit our club !
