Great video! I want to play on a big level and I have big dreams for badminton but I just don't have even have a coach to train me throughout my journey. I can't go out to join any academy because of financial reasons but I have seen your videos from the beginning of my journey till now. I have played at a national level just by watching your videos and training with my 3 friends. I need a coach so badly but I just don't have the money to have one. You both have been the greatest people for me.❤

Eating a Vegemite sandwich is a great help (lots of Vit Bs), good ol' water mixed with a pinch of Iodine salt in a ordinary 1ltr cordial bottle is also great. I keep losing my ubeaut drink bottle. Whenever I play in temperatures in the 40c heat, staying cool after each game is important. Drinking water, and a cool wet hand towel draped over the face is very beneficial. Kudos to your videos.
@streetninja23 Жыл бұрын
I can vouch for negative impacts of dehydration on performance. I avoid drinking water from my friends bottle. So on days I forget bringing my water or somebody else finishing mine... I start feeling tired and agitated mid session and wanna call it a day while my peers are gearing up for another best of 3. 😂

Regarding sleep I really tried everything for decades to not be always tired and totally listless, including the things you mentioned. But the only thing that finally worked for me is lying down and sleep WHENEVER (totally disregarding the clock) I feel tired and sleep until I wake up by myself. I know it sounds crazy and obviously not everyone is allowed to do this but as you said, everyone is different and finally I got a lot of energy and a normal sleeping rythm. The body is very good at regulating itself when you let it do its thing and listen to it.
