This is actually the first song by Evanescence I listened to and I was paying more attention to the video than the music. I've always known who the artist was but just never listened to her songs. Whoever captured these angles and kept the pace of camera work is simply amazing. I can honestly say it is the best music video I have ever viewed, and I never listen to Evanescence.. This was done by a professional, whether people realize it or not. This was done by a true film maker because He/She caught the most compelling screen shots. I am now officially an Evanescence fan too. I replayed the song right after the first, and then I felt how beautiful it was. Not much music out there that is true talent like this. Like one other person said in a comment. If you don't like the video, just listen to the song. The only conclusion I can come to why people would insult the female and video. Envy. Its a great song and freakin amazing custom fan made. Well done.

CountryButterfly, please, I am an older person and have had loads of tragedy my life, the latest only a little over two years ago. THAT one almost killed me and when it didn't, I contemplated suicide for the first time, but things got better, a lot better than, of course, another BIG let down just recently. It's life. You just need to find some help in whatever form that is, except in substance abuse, that just makes it worse, then you still have the original pain, plus an additional problem. Please get help, sweetie, there is so much beauty in the world if you know how and where to look. But you have to be open to it and when you are in such pain, it is hard to. I recommend counseling, there is even sliding scale if you do not have much money. Also something called a DBT class, it's great. Maybe a diet change, There are lot's of options, you are not alone. And listening to great music is oh so good, but maybe more upbeat stuff for now?
