That was actually Bethesda's philosophy behind Skyrim: if it's funny and doesn't break the game, leave it in. That's why giants can launch you into the sky and you can cover peoples' heads with baskets. One exception is how in earlier versions, chickens could witness crimes and report you to the guards. They thought was hilarious, but they removed it anyway because it was unfair to the players (after all, who would suspect a chicken of ratting them out?).

She never does well trying to manifest chaotic things (chaos happens, yes, but it goes against her), but will often get the least likely scenario, if she's not trying. See insane odds in Palworld, on whims, but long attempts, once she immediately succeeds & expectantly tries again; or Rock Paper Scissors being CONSISTENT, here; or people being plenty chaotic around her, in collabs, but Bae being on the wrong end of it. It seems amazingly consistent, really. Also, her Minecraft debt. She went to Neko Neko Island, expecting to mine for diamonds for hours, only to find enough immediately, but keep going back for more, not expecting to find any, but because that was the original plan, so why not.
