I think it is possible to visit every area in a single run, but it would require a lot of luck. 1-Get the Udjat eye 2-Get a restless dead level on 2-1 Without the black market, enter the castle and enter the black market in 2-3, steal or buy the Ankh, and go to the worm on 3-1, go to the mother ship and get the Hedjet, the rest is a regular hell run (actually this may be the way to get the shield, the crysknife anc the plasma cannon, it would be possible with 3 players, i wonder if there is a run like that

Crysknife is a great weapon. Whenever I play I always try to go for a maximum Hell run, that way I can crysknife Yama at the end. I find it to be the easiest, especially when I have the Kapala with loads of health.
