Turns out they basically gave Urien his old SAII, with the EX version even doing five hits like the original. Why armor through a fireball war when you can win it and get a crouching heavy punch/+12? I think this makes Urien much more threatening, and there’s a lot to play around with.

When you do the EX version, he actually says “Jupiter Thunder,” which is the name of the Super Art.

EX87 That’s what it’s called in Third Strike, but Urien says “Jupiter.” Either works.

@@slimballs9650 But in the Japanese version, it says ユピテルザンダ, or "Jupiter Thunder", so Temporal Thunder was Capcom USA trying to be unique or something, but it has always been Jupiter Thunder.

It really is urien's go-to vskill. I honestly do not have a use for vskill 1 outside of the menat mu. It's a whole lot easier to throw fbs in neutral against characters he previously struggled with rather than predict and react fast enough to when they're going to throw a fireball or slow normal out and risking being minus ob if you don't land it in time.

I like Urien, I'm not really interested in playing him but, I really love his VS2. I can't wait to see how Nemo uses it in tourneys... should be entertaining.

Dont you lose the VSkill on hit? Don't think you mentioned that. Also yea, this is by far the better Vskill. The combo/mix up potential with the mirrors is a joke tbh.
