Nice kit. The only things I don't like is the huge display and the square tapper crank arms, I destroy most square tapper after a few seasons. I need the more advanced mounting spline or dual screw even better. Can this be used with no sensors and just the thumb throttle? I'd like to do a hybrid setup with the smaller battery and just use it sparingly on hills.

You'll should start to figure out how to make a more elegant solution for the new down tube clamp. Would be a nice accessory people may want vs the ghetto looking house clamp.

I bought one too. So satisfied. The only thing i don't like is no available chainring. Lekkie or bbshd chainring is not compatible. Can u confirm that? Thanks 😊

my word that is a huge battery for a push bike lol, to be fair your just better of getting an electric motorbike if you want more real power. i think the 250w,500w,750w are just right, with average range 25 to 35 miles, all you need for cycling .

I have a small full suspension 29'er, that battery would not fit in my triangle, I had a friend build me a custom 20 amp hour 52 volt battery that puts out 36 amps using the new Tesla 21800 cells.The cells are larger than the 18650's, but given the dimensions that I have to work with, this was the best choice for maximum amp hours. I just replaced my old BBSHD with a new BBSHD. From what I understand, there is no way for me to use my custom battery (which is far superior) if I bought a new M625 because there are special connectors that have chips in it, that will not allow any other batteries to be used. I think that by restricting the programming to only dealers and authorized agents and dictating the battery choice is going to be detrimental to this new motor's sales success, I'm sure glad that I bought a new BBSHD, I couldn't use the M625 even if I wanted to.

Unexpected revision and definitely downgrade from the old motor. Controller is less amps, choice of battery is limited to the ugly large brick, not programmable, the rest is yet to be seen. Slight disappointment from the best DIY kits , at least they used to be anyway.
