I don't know if it's still the case, but the difference in mounts was the shorter mounts (e.g. wolf) were quicker to mount-up with so you could get going sooner, while the taller mounts (e.g. horse) took slightly longer.

And most of the armor you pick up is the same. ONE OF THE TOWNS IN THE GAME IS LITERALLY A PIRATE SHIP THAT THEY TURNED INTO A TOWN. Two things can be true at once, yes you explore the new area but there's also like a bunch of pirate shit etc etc. Idiots like you drive me crazy. Go play Roblox.

I bought the white lion mount on my main on Valhalla and when I hit level 20 on Rosa (a Fresh start world), and got my horse, I could use that OR my white lion. I picked the lion ... not to many people at low level with a non-horse. :D

Still upset that I didn't get the Azoth preorder mount even though the wording made it sound like I would. It originally said PC owners simply needed to log in during a certain time period, to unlock the bonus. It then said you would not be able to USE the bonus unless you owned Angry Earth. I didn't have the expansion, but I did log in during the time frame, but held off on purchasing the expansion until after the Aerternum launch to make sure I wanted to still play. BTW they've since changed the wording which is lame. Even the new wording though doesn't explicitly say you need to own the DLC BEFORE the launch.

Game feels really fun atm but not having a mount is a pain and I dont want to buy a dlc for a game that is very likely to not be fun anymore a little further into the game. Biggest concern I have is endgame content since im not really a pvp player in mmos and also the combat feels like it gets stale pretty quick since u got 2 weapons with 3 abilities which seems pretty barebones. Which is why I dont want to pay 30 bucks for something I may not enjoy for long just to have a mount

The price of stuff in this game is nuts for a paid game. $20 for 1 mount skin is fucked. All in just to get one full transmog outfit and a mount is the price of a full game almost. AND YOU HAVE TO BUY THE £30 EXPANSION TO EVEN USE THEM. I can't believe Angry Earth DLC didn't come with Aternum reboot for new players.
