Seriously I would contact customer service from the website. You will get a real person who has a clue. They can even give you a refund by just your receipt number, or they can send you coupons or coupon codes since it’s too far away to drive. You are a valuable customer to them. You bring a huge amount of customers to there store as well as online shoppers. If we didn’t have your input on the yarn at the stores they would not have the business that they do. It maybe my New York attitude & upbringing, and 35 years as a 911 & answering service operator but you don’t treat loyal customers like you or in general like that. Thank you again for all that you do for us as always 🥰💐💋💞🌹
