I just started watching you recently with my kids and they want me to try it lol, I feel bad when you get stuff that's destroyed my boys get upset to. As 6-7 they don't understand why people would break things like you've mentioned can be donated. Our country is wasteful keep your head up and keep diving brother.

I see a few things sadly 1. Gamestop either introducing a new policy on returns and throw aways etc by anything being destroyed that gets thrown out I know alot of companies have this in place on returns etc 2. They already had said policy and a new manager or higher up are really trying to enforce it now 3. Maybe someone at your local gamestop has caught on and doing this to you. Maybe try a few different locations and see if this is happening everywhere or just at your main gamestop dumpster dive

here's a problem GameStop does. GameStop cuts the game and cords instead of donating to children's hospitals and orphanages. There are children in America that doesn't have the chance to play games. GameStop cares more about money then donating to underprivileged and poorly kids.

Conspiracy theory.. The GameStop you go to suspected you of diving in their dumpster so they documented the exact games/cords they destroyed, watched your video, saw the same exact stuff broken/cut and now they're onto you breaking everything. That Xbox One Kinect wire has between 18 to 32 wires inside it you'll have to strip the wire the black part about 4 in on each side with a razor blade gently to remove the black outer shell plus the aluminum foil to expose all the braided wires it's possible but a lot of work to fix it

I can sort of see why they are destroying stuff. Maybe they had an issue with people fishing things out of the dumpster then going back into the store and trying to sell/trade them in. But if they couldn’t sell them they should donate them to goodwill stores or kids hospitals rather than break anything like that. It’s a complete waste of perfectly good games and accessories.

More likely to be because of the attempted gift cards. Gamestop systems would have recognised an absurd amount of checks from the same IP address so corporate has sent message out to destroy stuff to stop the dumpster diving. If he had not attempted to activate all the gift cards I don't think this would have happened
