That baigan choka reminds me of my younger days when my mother used to roast it on the fire side. The smell was fantastic. Molly has passed the test cooking roti . It has got left? I see now that some people shake it in a jug to save their hands ✋️

When I fry it on the stove I like to add sliced potatoes and fish/shrimp even tuna from the tin works. Enjoy!
