I have been using a 2005 Zen, the one before the infamous estilo. 150000+ km and a million memories later, she still brings a smile to my face whenever I drive her. During Covid time, I drove her from Trivandrum to Bangalore and back a few times and I thoroughly enjoy it on the highways. Peppy engine, fun to drive, and can do 3 digit speed comfortably. She is in her sweet eighteens and is still youthful as ever! Thanks for the amazing review.

If you have a maruti mpfi zen and enjoyed it's driving then you will keep it along with other cars and that's the beauty of Zen. ZEN is a passion and is a pocket rocket and I would say it's one of the well engineered product of maruti Suzuki. There is no cost cutting and quality is clearly evident when we closely watch the body. You dont need to change the timing belt of the mpfi model. It's instrument cluster is so simple and fun to drive...Simplicity is the name of Japanese engineeing and this can be seen in other Japanese cars as well.

❤Old is Gold ❤. In 1999 diesel price was in between 20- 25/- per liter. I bought a 1999 model zen diesel in 2012 and gave mileage 25 km per liter ( 2012 diesel price 50 -55/- per litre). I think in 1999, people were using zen diesel just like scooter. How economical it was! ❤ Now I own a stock 2003 zen petrol mpfi

Zen is known for its peppiness.serves well for everyday driving.pretty easy to steer in traffic. Gearshift is good. Rear is extremely cramped. Car is extremely reliable.
