Bailey Built S1E3 Body Gaps (Re-Loaded)

I have now revised this episode. In this video I cover the radiator support alignment using a tram tool. some trucks may have some slight damage to the frame rail especially if a small amount of damage to the front bumper has occurred. I also show how I set the door, door hinges, and fenders onto the cab. I also explain how I did the door, fender, and hood gaps prior to body filler and paint. Hope this video is helpful and shows you the work that goes into building this show truck.

Must of added a lot of metal on bottom of the door. Chevy always had a terrible gap down there.

The gaps never came uniform from the factory.
