@@raurrkur21 maybe that’s your experience. Your core is probally untrained and maybe you should do some scrunches? It could help with the core pain

I’m going to start doing this twice a day!! Day 1: It’s amazing how the burn starts LITERALLY right away. It’s easy but still burns. Day 2: It burned even more today because my legs were so sore from yesterday! I’ve noticed it takes a lot longer to feel the burn on my right side so I’ve been giving myself ten seconds extra on the right. Day 3: It’s definitely getting easier. It took a lot longer for the burn to kick in! Day 4: I decided to do entirely left the first time and entirely right the second time. IT BURNED SO MUCH!! Day 5: Almost didn’t have time today, but I was able to do it both times! Day 6: Still going strong!! Day 7: I’m still doing the entirely left the first time, entirely right the second time thing and it’s really working! Progress Check: no difference yet :( Day 8: Trying not to lose motivation despite my lack of progress. Day 9: Getting easier... Day 10: Not sure if I should keep updating, this comment only has two like. But it’s keeping me motivated, so I think I will.

Update: After two weeks, I still saw no results, and so I stopped being consistent, but I still do this workout often. Still burns and my legs feel stronger, but the measurements are the same.

I love these 5 minutes workouts. I've taken Bailey's mantra with me everywhere. When I'm listening to someone drone on at work I say to myself "keep listening.....you can do anything for five minutes"!!!

Honestly, your channel is so underrated. You have amazing workout routines and the way you talk to us make me feel comfortable and gives me motivation to do it with you. I have been doing your booty workout for almost a month now and my butt is popping! Lol, two months ago I was flat as a paper and I felt so insecure about it that my older sister made fun of me for it , but it motivated me to work to grow my butt and it was worth it. My butt is so much bigger and my side booty is bigger as well. It doesn't feel boney anymore Thank you Bailey for being so genuine and inspiring me. Did this workout 2 times today and my legs feel like jello 😂

I really suggest the 10min inner thigh workout on the floor by Pamela Reif it really burns the inner thighs and it’s sooo effective

My updates: Day 1 - Felt the burn. Day 2 - Thighs felt a little sore, rest today. Day 3 - I'm also doing a thinner waist one. Saw more progress with my waist. :) Day 4 - My little stretch marks got lighter today! Day 5 - Took a break. Day 6 - Did it. :)) Day 7 - Lighter stretch marks. Day 8 - Saw improvement. My inner thighs got slimmer and my waist was slimmer. Day 9 - Took a break. Day 10 - Measured my thighs. I was at 21½ inches for both thighs, but now I am at 20 inches. Day 11 - Did them! :) Became unmotivated, restarting! Day 1 - I did it! I feel very motivated and not worthless. For the past few days, I have things on my to-do list. I always pushed the dates further and further away, so I felt useless and as if I'm doing nothing. Today I did some stuff like decorating the Christmas tree, cleaning my room, and practicing art. I'm honestly so proud of myself. Day 2 - My waist and stomach area feels sore. I lost about half an inch to an inch on my waist. It's getting quite noticeable now. Day 3 - Did them! Day 4 - Feeling very productive. I finished a book series and I'm getting into hobbies. My marks are fading. :) Day 5 - I really see a difference. My pants feel more comfortable and my waist looks beautiful. Day 6 - Almost forgot to! Day 7 - I'll measure myself tomorrow. Day 8 - Took a break today. Day 9 - Measured myself and lost 1/2 inches. Day 10 - Did them, felt unmotivated though! Day 11 - Took a break, felt unmotivated. Day 12 - Did them. I was baking too so it was helpful. I would do the workouts in between the cooking time. Day 13 - Started waking up earlier in the morning, this means I have to do my workouts twice a day. :) Day 14 - My hip was hurting badly. Day 15 - Again, my hip was hurting. I only did back workouts. Day 16 - Did them! Day 17 - Done! Day 18 - Did them. :) Day 19 - Christmas break. Day 20 - Christmas break. Day 21 - Did them. Day 22 - Done! :)) Day 23 - Did them today! I cleaned my house, felt very clean and motivated. Day 24 - Did some more cleaning. I also made cornbread! :D Day 25 - Did them earlier, huuraayyy! Day 26 - Took a break, happy new years eve! Day 27 - Did them.

Starting dis workout ❤Update❤ 1: did it twice a day got a little sore 2: felt unmotivated did it once 3,4,5,6, had to stop cz of personal stuff 7: did it 3 times feel super sore. 8-9: did it on my bed didnt feel motivated. Didnt feel something 10: did feel a thing I'm starting to see some changes lost 1 inch. 11: did it 2 times felt something. Did it w a ab workout 12: rest day😴 13: did it before school felt sore all day after school did it w an arm workout 14: did it once felt tired 15: did it felt so unmotivated but still did it 16: rest day 😴 17: did once again before I sleep 18: doin it rn its 8h00 19: did it on my bed. Before I eat. Felt so sore for the rest of the day - im more motivated den before im currently measuring myself 50 cm- 20: did it w an ab workout and also an arm workout results: I'm dying lol 21-22: rest day becuz I had to study hard for an exam 23: did once. And quick update jus for fun I had 100% on my test.❤ 24: didnt feel like doing it. 25: did it on my bed again 26: did it twice. Felt motivated more than the other ones. 27: aaaaah 3 dayz till it's been a month. Anyway I've done this workout 2 times I'm starting to more insecure den before But its sorta like a motivation☹ but ion like the feeling of being ugly. Anyhow I'm measuring myself and I'm actually 1l 48,5 cm I think I've measured myself wrong 28: forgot to tell yall dat I was going a diet .but I did it 2 times. 29-30-31: had exams so it so I cldnt do it 29: did it once 30: jus an advice sometimes u can feel rlly unmotivated but just REMEMBER why u do dis. Also I did it w a 5 min outer thigh workout. Thx for 28 likes Sorry guys that I didn't update I was busy n I was concentrating on gymnastics so I built lots of muscles I was so sore. Also I did inner thigh workouts so it been like that for 2 weeks and a half but I will still start at 55 55: i did it once. I do inne thigh workout rarely cz I started my 7th grade and I have gymnastics so its difficult to do it so I'm gonna update rarely.

I did your side booty and thighs and butt toning workouts and after only 3 workouts I felt the difference, they're actually more toned now it's amazing, can't wait to try this workout as well

this is definitely gonna be my go to inner thigh video! i have a moderately skinny waist and top half, but i’ve always struggled with my upper inner thigh and this really burns AND has an amazing result! been doing this for 1 week and i already see less cellulite!

workout plan 50 minutes - 60 minutes 1, sami clarke : 10 minute ab workout 2, lilly sabri : lose muffin top fat 3, lilly sabri : slimmer legs 4, lilly sabri : lose lower belly fat 5, lilly sabri : get shredded abs 6, lilly sabri : slimmer waist and lower belly fat 7, bailey brown : 5 minutes inner thighs 8, bailey brown : 5 minutes butt workout starting 10th august : day 1 : - dont usually feel the burn / get sore after a workout, so it was fine, while doing the workouts i got sweaty and tired though...kinda hard, but do-able day 2 : - prolly again same as day 1, no noticeable differences but i think im imagining..? the results and thats whats motivating me haha day 3 : - only did the ten minute sami clarke video ( active rest day, i have been working out since almost the beginning of quarantine so yeah, i deserveee this¡ ) day 4 : - so i decided to take out the lilly thigh workout, cuz...yeh idrk y but yk we move, the workout was a little but sore still but getting better day 5 : - i felt a lot more eager to workout and i pushed myself harder, just over 2 weeks left day 6,7,8,9 : - since these were the same i decided not to waste your time day 10 : - i see resultsss!!! i found that ive lost so hopefully imma lose more as we go? day 11,12,13,14,15,16 : - once again just kept repeating myself, so yeh workout is getting easier tho! day 17,18 : - i look and feel sm better, only a couple days leftttt!!!! day 19 : - i had breakfast and my abs are still kinda showing so theres that 😌 day 20 : - aaannnnddddd, im ill. still did it, regret doing it, but no pain no gain :| day 21 : - its the last day so i thought i wld treat myself and only do the first 2- thoughts after : WORTHH ITTTTTTT, srsly even if u only do 10 mins u literally got this and omd bb j keep fighting!! results : lost 3 inches round my waist lost 2.5 inches round my hips lost 1 inch around both thighs gained 1.5 round my butt

@@shapacker1294 yeah. you need to seperate them into different days. for example, Monday-legs, Tuesday-abs, etc.

Did this everyday for about a month and then once I stopped I quickly figured out how much this short workout actually impacted me- I can't fit my thighs into any pants and like- not in a good way. Getting back on this magic today!!!! Really works guys- even if you don't notice it weight wise plz measure your thighs if your a big girl cos I kept being so down about my efforts not working I hadn't even realized I was wearing a 12 comfortable which was a big deal starting from 16/18 now I'm back where I started once I stopped... definitely keeping track by measurement not pounds this time

Also this is my favorite workout video in existence because its completable for me and the accomplishment is so exciting it hypes me up for more- if I jump into even a 10 min workout i am dying lol from so out of shape these 5 min videos are LIFECHANGING and helped me drop sizes now gonna get back and get to my goal weight finally

Hi! I’m very uncomfortable with my body so I’ll do this exercise for 2 weeks, and I’ll try to update you every day, and at the end of every week I’ll write a small note if I see changes. ♥️ Day 1: ✅ The burn was so much, I was almost tearing up! I have high hopes Day 2: ❌ Unfortunately I felt sick, so I couldn’t do them :( Day 3: ❌ I haven’t done them today as well, so I hope I’ll do them tomorrow :) Day 4: ✅ I just finished now! It burnt a lot today as well, but I feel like it will work out soon! (Just a reminder: I will do the days I missed too )

Bailey, I've just discovered your workouts and I really get a lovely, humble, down to earth vibe from you, which is fantastic. I'm 42 and suffer from depression - getting better now, but the meds I had to take for it made me gain quite a bit of weight (I've been very slim my whole life... Well, not anymore, so this is a shock !), which in a way, does trigger new feelings of depression. My body is now drained of all energy, and quite out of shape... I want to focus on my inner things to get started, and I hope I'll manage to keep my motivation! I do struggle a lot with motivation. Anyway, long story short: I'm onboard! So guys, wish me luck, please?

This is the of the hardest 5 min workout videos I ve came across. The burn is real no matter how fit and trained the muscles are. I can't do squats due to knee issues and I m very happy this one doesn't require that. Awesome workout, keep it up

@Morgan Hannafin I’ve never had a problem with my outer thighs, as they’ve always been quite muscular. So, I mainly saw a difference in my thigh gap area. I did this consistently for about a week and a half, along with her butt lifting workout, arm workout and lower stomach workout. I also had soccer practice a couple of times a week :)

I used to do like 20 minute thigh workouts but I actually think this one is more effective cause I feel way more burn! Also whenever I need to get through something like a workout or just like anything I always say it’s only five minutes of my life or it’s only a little amount compared to my whole life and that really motivates me!!!! This is also the first workout of Baileys that I have done and I love it!!! For workouts I recommend blogilates, Chloe ting, and of course Bailey!!

Day 1: done ✅ Day2:done ✅ Day 3:skipped Day 4:done ✅ I skipped a day because I really couldn’t open my legs so I guess it’s really working ahah,it burns but if we want our summer body,we have to bare with it 😀 (I am also doing the butt lift workout) Day 5:done ✅ Day 6:done ✅ I was a bit sore so tomorrow I think I will skip so my muscles can rest so see you on day 8 ;) Day7:skipped Day8: done ✅ Day 9: done ✅ Day 10: skipped Day 11: also skipped (I am very disappointed in myself so I will not skip that much from now on ) Day 12: done ✅

Cristina S today is my 10th day and I could definitely see a little improvement during the first week but of course inner thigh are really hard to activate and if you want to really see results you have to do it for more than a week :). Good luck !

Iris Stopar I've always found that when I do ab work outs on my bed I get more of a burn because the bed molds to my back

Lol I thought I was gonna cheat a little and do some of your workouts in my bed too. Jokes on me...it's even harder :/ since the mattress molds to your back you have to lift even more.

Edit: i am doing a different video that is more difficult now, but this was definitely effective and I saw results!!

I have tried quite a few of these classes, Bailey's always create the biggest burn and have a great range of exercises included in one routine. The instructions are nice and clear two. Bailey you are the best!
