Bajaj finserv is so far the worst finserv company i ever saw. I subscribe for doctor flexi pay. Not used a single ruppe. Cancelled the loan within few days but still now i will have to pay 75 thousand in name of processing charge and all. RBL CREDIT CARD - BIG TRAP : The bill has been coming in every year since 2019 without the card being canceled. I paid the bill for 2019 at Rs.5898. Called the customer care number in December 2020 and was told that the card could be canceled accordingly and no payment was required. Again in December 2021 the bill of Rs.5898 has come. First of all never draw cash from a credit card. Secondly if you convert your purchase into EMI, the problem starts with hidden charges. By any chance if you forget to make a small payment also in time, you are finished! They will strip you fully. There main earning source is the mistakes customers do.

I've not come across any problems with this card. I just use credit period, pay bills on time. One should take this card if the person is eligible. Based on this card other banks also issue cards. Many banks charge 2-5% cash withdrawal charges. This card also charge for cash withdrawal.

पेमेंट सिस्टम क्या रहता है ? अगर due date पर पेमेंट किसी कारण से पेमेंट जमा न हो सके या due date से अगले दिन पेमेंट जाना हो तो क्या सिस्टम रहता है ? अगर यूजर का रिकॉर्ड बहुत अच्छा रहा हो कभी भी डिफैल्टना किया हो और due date पर पेमेंट जमा करना चाहता है पर किसी तकनीकी कारण से उस दिन पेमेंट जमा न हो पाए किंतु अगले दिन पेमेंट जमा हो जाए तो क्या सिस्टम रहता है क्या फिर भी कोई पेनल्टी देनी पड़ती है ? अगर due date शनिवार या रविवार हो या कोई अवकाश हो तो पेमेंट का सिस्टम क्या रहता ?

Don't use they are fraud people . They will charge annual charges 2460 every year . Other bank thy wil charge 499. If we ask customer care they won't answer properly . They will tell that it will effect CIBIL RATE DON'T THINK MUCH ABOUT CIBIL. THEY WON'T CANCEL THE CARD EARLY. BE CAREFUL ABOUT RBL
