Hello dear, love you so much. I believe this is the fourth time I am watching this on different screens. I have thought about this and my dear it's not in a bad way. I believe meatpie is enjoyed by almost all Ghanaians and I will always grab this anytime anywhere but my main concern is with the Lard . Lard is basically pork fat and pork is not eaten by some of us. Can you kindly use shortening instead of Lard when cooking for parties please?

Nice one. Pls in ghana we dont have self raising flour. Help us on what we shd use especially for commercial purpose. We dont have lard so margarine measurement for all the one kg flour. Amount of water. Thanks n God bless

Pls hard flour is bread flour. Did u use bread flour? Or u mean plain flour and self rising flour.

My dear normal when I'm baking its takes the whole day or sometimes I start at 10am and finish at 10pm. This is because I will be cooking aside of making something else, so I would advise you to start early I hope this helps 🙏.

Please watch the video well NO baking powder SELF RAISING FLOUR already has baking powder, In Ghana there's only soft and hard 😪

Self-raising flour is plain flour plus baking powder and baking soda. The protein content is different as well
