I’m not a horse owner but one of the things I appreciate most about Heartland (besides the excellent storylines and actors) is the interaction with the horses and the respect for them. It’s one of the most wonderful parts of the series. (I have a soft spot for Ghost…haven’t seen him in awhile). I really enjoyed this video and will definitely try this recipe! Thank you for 14 beautiful seasons and hoping for more. Being in the US, it is worth the wait!

I literally found the show in March and just finished this past week. I was and am obsessed with it, that might be an understatement! Now I could've sworn I saw there was 14 seasons a while back but it actually ended with 13. I enjoyed this video, and I am obsessed with chai tea ...I will try doing it on the stove like you did. This was my first time watching you bake on utube, it was fun and I learned how to make one of my husband's favorite deserts! A restaurant we go to does bakes Bre and raspberry bites. I love Heartland too! I haven't watched it as much since the 10th season. My young daughters don't watch anymore, I'm sure they will again one day, but jobs, boys and friends took the place of our Heartland time. I do watch with my Grandson's though, but I only have them about one weekend a month. I have restarted the series 4 times with different kids, so in my alone watching time I'm around 10.5 season and quickly catching up! My grandkids live in a little farm town and they can relate to the lifestyle a bit more so that's fun too. I wish there were an abundance of shows like Heartland instead of the silly shows the older teens get drawn into, like Southpark, Solar Oposites and yucky things that they watch at friends house's. I love the show and the decency and values it brings into our homes. I just turned 53 the other night and it was my pick for TV, so we watched some Heartland! I like heartland to I watch like 15 a day. Heartland is a good show on Netflix but if I don't go upstairs when its time to eat and I'm in the middle of a episode I get mad that I don't get to watch the whole episode before I go up to eat. If they holer up to me when I just got done with the episode I will be ok because I am not in the middle of my show that is heartland.

Amber, I love your videos. My grandfather and brother had Jersey dairy farms, so I, too, am very partial to Jerseys. If your time on Heartland ever ends, I could see you hosting your own show, similar to a Martha Stewart type, with recipes, gardening, farming, animal husbandry, etc. You are a natural host and teacher, and I am sure you have many resources for information. I've got to make this. It has every flavor I love. I'd also try Blackberries & Gooseberries my other 2 favorites. Thank you for sharing your recipe. I've also followed 'Heartland' since the beginning on Netflix in the U.S. & I love the series. As a soon to be 68 year-old who was raised around horses & cattle until I graduated from High School in '71' & have missed it so much as an adult, I can appreciate the work all of you put into the series. Sadly we're only up to 13 seasons here on Netflix. It would be nice to see Morgans represented as one of the horse breeds you work with since they were the 1st U.S. breed established in 1789 & were instrumental in the development of the Standard & Quarter Horse breeds in the U.S.. Morgans are also the best tempered, all round working horse of all breeds. Again thank you for sharing & taking the time to read this.

Mausers is adorable he's a Maine Coon he's gorgeous had one live for 21 years and still miss him. I definitely am going to do your recipe that looks totally delicious and I am Heartland fan I just got on to it and watched 14 seasons in less than 2 weeks totally love it can't wait for 15 and 16 totally you're fine we used to have horses but we are older now and retired and I totally miss it and the show is so emotional that it takes me back to Memories thank you Amy from the heart to the people you have put a smile on my face. My favorite horses are Quarter Horse. I had Quarter Horses when I was younger and showing them. My favorite horse was a quarter horse mare name poco Gina bars. She was my best friend. I love, love heartland and probably have watched every series at least four times. You have such a perfect life living on a farm with horses like you do with your husband and all your beautiful animals which I love animals too. I’m almost jealous. I love chai tea latte also.❤️

Amber... I have enjoyed watching Heartland and fell in love with all the characters. In the beginning you so reminded me of a girl I went to school with. I am waiting to watch season 14. I have been binge watching on Netflix to catch up. Just finished season 13. I was 27 when I bought my first horse and took a horse husbandry class with my sister. I had my quarter horse mare for 11 years. So the quarter horse is my favorite. It is so funny that I also buy Tazo Chai from Costco...they are out right now...so I have to get it at my local Safeway. I like to make my Chai with Almond milk...yummm. I am a baker and it is true to stick to a recipe when baking as it is more a science than cooking. But I do change some recipes up sometimes. Like a basic Blueberry muffin, I add cinnamon and lemon zest and use buttermilk instead of milk. Sometimes I use what I have like I did this morning, half almond milk and half heavy whipping cream. I love cinnamon added to things I make. Amber...keep up the good work and I suggest you sharpen your knife. LOL

you are a special person. helping out local businesses and being sustainable - wonderful. going with 100% made in canada really great...I love your show and all my elder aunties watch it too and as a young girl on the farm we have so many good memories with POA's, quarter horses, and appaloosa's. I use Philo as I make baklava sometimes - my hubby is from turkey so we play around with its and can't do the dough from scratch (shhh). we do a lot of environmental work down here in the US and my sister is on the family farm which is now all organic thanks to her efforts and sustainable efforts (Potter's Farm in Schuylkill County, PA). thanks for being an amazing lady and sharing and opening hearts to so many folks from all over the world. I thank everyone who made the Heartland series, one of the best I've ever watched, beautiful landscapes, music, horses, good messages and examples, fantastic cast and the main couple Amy and Ty with a perfect tune, until 13, which should have ended in style as everything indicated the Borden family in the new house. The continuation of the series without the adventures of Ty and Amy who conquered the public and made the series successful, was a mistake, which the entire cast felt, including Amber.

Hi Amber! First of all, I love Heartland! Sadly I live in a small town in Oklahoma and have only got to watch up to season 14. I have been watching your videos and I love when you go out on your farm. Cooking well, I enjoy that too but I've been in the industry for most of my adult life. I'm 60 and still at it. So that's not so fun for me anymore. You keep at it though because you seem to have fun and I love yours little measuring cup cow. Please tell your Heartland family that I think they are great too. Amber, you are just adorable. No pretense. And I share your love for brie and chai tea. When I was your age, many years ago, I was addicted to the chai tea concentrate as well. And tazo was always my favorite. I think it was the pepper that set it apart from all the other ones. If you ever want to venture out, my favorite one now is less sweet but delicious nonetheless. It's not a concentrate but a tea bag. The brand I buy is Steven Smith Teamaker and it's blend number 33. I use a teaspoon or two of raw sugar and I top it with those new nut pods. I like the coconut flavored almond creamer. It is fantastic. Oh of course I add a little bit of whipped topping. Not many calories and when you stick it in the microwave for 10 seconds you get a froth. I had to stop drinking it for a while because I was so addicted - lol. Enjoy you so much on Heartland.
