my degree is in Counseling/ Psychology...round tables help people relax. the shape itself is relaxing...also every one is in an equl place...no "head of the table" also the chair r the same size and comfy. benches ...although they seat more people r less comfy n some people feel they r just for the kids...anyway i seeee why your family likes the cozy breakfast area 🥰

Originally I had wanted a nice big round dining table. Since changing rooms, the kids are happy even at the normal table, they just want to see me in the kitchen they said.

Anytime my Mother has used her self cleaning oven it’s always locked it up, had to get a technician out. It even happened on multiple ovens . Never done that myself.

I love the idea saving the extras that come in packages, like you are doing with the cake sprinkles. I get those frozen soft pretzels and they come with a packet of way too much salt. I put the extra unused pretzel salt in a spice jar and use the salt for topping the challah breads I make for the sabbath, along with sesame seeds. If I had to purchase the pretzel salt separately it is ridiculously over-priced, it ends up so much more affordable to just buy those frozen soft pretzels at Walmart with the package of salt, about 3 packages would fill up a spice jar and then there are soft pretzels for snacks or appetizers so it's a win-win.

Hello Nikki, we're using the same birthday decorations over a couple of years now, too. It’s good to have an extra insurance like American Home Sheild they cover anything that breaks down in your home appliances, electrical, heater air conditioner it’s awesome. I have it and my irrigation system went out fixed brand new I did not have to pay a dime. I pay 559.00 per year but it’s worth it just food for thought

Nikki, what about the stove warranty? I bake all year long except in the summer I bake at dawn if I need to. I flash freeze my yeast rolls, breads, dough, cookies, fruits; then bag them in smaller portions so I can use how ever many I want. It minimizes waste too. I freeze left over sprinkles too and use them on sugar cookies later. I juiced lemons from my own tree into ice cube trays then placed them in a freezer bag for making teas, lemonades, or cooking. Thanks for the freezing tip! 🎂🍰🧁

I’m sure your son was so grateful you put this together for him. My kids always loved that type of cake. Oh this brings lots of memories to mind for me. By the way, I kept yelling “don’t forget the salad” 🤣. I sure fun was had by all. Also, the same thing happened to us with our self cleaning oven. I read many articles of people having the same issue. I have a kitchen aid oven and at the time it was only a few years old. Ours came on but it wouldn’t heat up properly. I tell everyone not to use that feature. Take care ~ Janet 😘
