Baked Catfish
Catfish fillets
Butter
Olive oil
Lemon
Seasonings: creole, black garlic, lemon pepper, parsley
💗Add butter, oil, lemon juice, & seasonings to fish. Add lemon slices if desired & bake @350 for 30 min, basting halfway through. Broil for 1-2 min, optional. Enjoy!
