Deep Fried Stuffed Catfish

Hey, RitasEatas! I'm so excited to finally bring this recipe to y'all! I've been eyeing this one for over a year and telling my family I was gonna make it, so everybody was excited that it was finally happening, lol! I hope that this one will be a hit in your home, bcus we LOVED it honey! Enjoy💋
Here's what you'll need:
Catfish fillets
Fish fry seasoning (I used Louisiana Cajun)
Cream cheese
Shrimp
Crabmeat
Spinach
Green onion
Canola oil for frying
OldBay and any other seasonings you like
Toothpicks to secure fillets
(you can use any combination you want for your filling, just make sure you use cream cheese as the base)

But when you start telling me what to do based on just your personal preference, I have to respond. I don't wear gloves while cooking at home for ppl who have either come out of me or been in me. I'm not in a restaurant. I'm at home. Fortunately, you'll be eating YOURS in your home where you prepared it with your gloves and hair net on, so no worries. Have a good one.
