Baked Cauliflower Cheese - Easy recipe without Cream or Roux

This oven baked cauliflower recipe is really easy to make, light and a quite cheap for such a delicious comfort food! Cauliflower cheese is a low carb, healthier version of mac and cheese and for those who love mac and cheese, it's a great alternative and much easier to prepare. This recipe does not involve any cream or roux, I'm using a simple mixture with yogurt and just bake it in the oven with cheese on top!

• 1 head of cauliflower
• 1 cup yogurt
• 1 tbsp all purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
