It is a yogurt cheesecake made without using any cheese.
Drain the yogurt and use vanilla and lemon juice for a cheese-like taste!

Since cream cheese is not used, it is easy to mix and does not become a camble, and you can make a beautiful dough.
[Recipe] 1 15cm type
・Cake dough
Yogurt 400g (before draining)
Sugar 100g
1 egg
Fresh cream 200cc
Lemon juice 10g
Thin powder 30g
Vanilla oil or vanilla essence
・The foundation
Your favorite biscuits 70g
Salted butter 30g
※The fresh cream can be replaced with a vegetable whip
The fat content is as you like!
1 Drain the yogurt until it is less than 200g.
2 Make a foundation.
Finely crush the biscuits, add the melted butter, mix, and lay it in a sheeted mold.
3 Add sugar, eggs, sifted flour, fresh cream, vanilla essence, and lemon juice to the drained yogurt and mix in order.
4 If possible, cross the finished fabric with a net and then pour it into the mold.
5 Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
Take it out when it's well browned, while watching the situation so that only part of it doesn't burn.
6 When the raw heat is removed, rest overnight in the refrigerator and it's done.
