It was T-Giving and 5 of us. We are not a fan of typical T-Giving dinner so we deviate. We had steaks ready to go, the Mussels, mashed potatoes, mushrooms ready to be grilled, salad, and my stepdad said this is too much food. He was right. The mussels (about 15 in a package) from New Zealand that I got from the Asian market where super meaty a huge hit and I served them with butter salad. We were all full. The rest of the food will be made in the next several days. Thank you for the recipe. A HUGE hit!! AND super filling.

Those mussels are so beautiful! I've never actually tried them but make them sometimes steamed. I will have to try this out!!!
