Baked Ranch Chicken
4 medium chicken breasts pound to the same depth or sliced through.
1 package of cream cheese
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese
2 to 4 TBSP dry ranch dressing

Place the chicken pieces into a 9 X 13 baking dish or whatever sized dish works best for the amount of chicken you are cooking. Salt and pepper the chicken. Soften the cream cheese and spread it liberally over the chicken pieces. Sprinkle on the dry ranch dressing mix and finish with the cheddar cheese.
For this video I baked it in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes but I think it might have been better to up the temperature to 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remember to use a thermometer to test the meat if you are not sure its cooked.
Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 cup of powdered milk
1 tsp dill weed
2 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt.
Mix all of the ingredients and store in a tight container. When you are ready to make a dip or dressing, use 2 heaping tablespoons of the dry mix with 1 cup of buttermilk (or substitute 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar with 1 cup of milk) and 1 cup of mayonnaise. Store the mixed ranch in the refrigerator.
