Baked Salmon & Chimichurri Sauce with Roasted Vegetables | Fire Foodz

In this video I will be making baked salmon and chimichurri sauce with roasted vegetable on the side. It is very easy and simple recipe, try it out and you won't regret it!!

Recipe:
Baked Salmon Ingredients:
- Fresh salmon fillet
Season with:
- Melted butter
- Garlic powder
- Lemon Pepper
- Salt
Bake for 15 mins at 350° F and brush it with melted butter then put it on broil until the surface is golden brown.
Roasted Vegetables:
- Baby potatoes
- Carrots
- zucchini
- Red bell pepper
Season with:
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Dried oregano
Bake for 45 mins at 375° F
Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1 Red bell pepper diced very fine
- 1 Cup of diced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbs oregano
- 4 Cloves of minced garlic
- 1/2 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 2 tbs olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place everything in a small container and mix very well then cover to the top with olive oil.
