The baked glutinous rice cake is one of the most popular Chinese traditional dessert, especially during the new year celebrations. Enjoy this easy and delicious sweet treat with your family and friends at home, it's great for any occasion get-together, afternoon tea...
Ingredients:
2 eggs
¼ cup / 60g sugar
¼ cup / 45g cooking oil
1 cup / 250ml milk
200g glutinous rice flour
½ tsp baking powder
raisin, walnut and sesame seeds as needed
Preheated oven, 175C/375F, bake for 50 minutes.
