Baked tilapia fillets with garlic butter is so flavorful and comes together very quickly! This is a go-to when we need to have a quick dinner on the table. I love tilapia for its mild flavor and so tasty paired with garlic butter!!
Baked Tilapia with Garlic Butter
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs tilapia fillets
3/4 teaspoons paprika
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place tilapia fillets onto a baking dish.
Season well on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest in a small bowl. Pour evenly over fish.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Change oven setting to broil and place under browned.
For The Sautéed Asparagus
Trim asparagus ends. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
