If you notice the separation happening, try gently warming the mixture in a saucepan over low heat while whisking continuously to help re-emulsify the butter and egg. All ingredients should be in room temperature

Thank you for the solution. I think the mistake I made was that the eggs were a bit cold. But anyway I continued with mixing other ingredients and baking the cake and it turned out to be great. All thanks to your simple recipe and the simple process.
