The cake did look love and l shall follow your recipe. My only tip is if the fruit are dusted with flour the will be evenly distributed around the cake.

Exactly, I was thinking about the same and the temperature should have been low to 300F bcoz the darker fruits settled down. However, it's a lovely cake & I'm going to make it.

The trouble with fruit cakes is that the fruit a l w a y s tend to sink to the bottom no matter what you do!

Same temp 170c (338f). But the time will be around 24-30. Because there won’t be much batter in each pan. Keep and eye on the browning and use a toothpick to check.
