Baking bread in a Dutch oven is not that difficult at all. You don't have to knead the dough. All you have to do is mix 4 ingredients equally well and you obviously need a little patience.
300 milliliters of water (at room temperature)
5 grams of yeast
400 grams all purpose flour
8 grams of salt.
And of course a Dutch oven, but another pan that is allowed in the oven is also possible.
